Payment Terms And Conditions.
Payment Terms
Payment at booking: Full payment is required at the time of booking. No booking is confirmed without payment.
Accepted payment methods: Payments can be made via Payment link or bank transfer.
Non-Refundable: All payments are final and non refundable unless otherwise stated.
Service Rates: After the first hour, all additional work will be charged at a rate of £54 per hour.
Service Availability: Services are available by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule.
Estimates: Quotes are based on initial assessments and may vary based on actual work required.
Cancelations and Reschedules:
Cancelation by the customer: if the customer cancels within the cooling off period, a refund will be processed but will be subjected to a 37% deduction from the total paid.
Rescheduling by the customer: If the customer reschedules, a £18.00 rebooking fee will apply. Rescheduling must be requested 48 hours before the agreed and paid booking time.
No show policy: if the customer fails to present the vehicle or be available without prior notice, a no show fee of £37.99 will apply and no refunds refunds will apply.
Liability
1. QuickFix Mobile Mechanic Nottingham is not liable for any damages incurred during the services unless caused by negligence.
Limitation:
Limitations: We may not perform certain services due to environmental, safety, or location constraints. We reserve the right to refuse service based on safety concerns, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.
Customers responsibility
It is the customers responsibility to provide accurate information about the condition of the vehicle and ensure that the vehicle is available at the agreed time and location. by booking, the customer is agreeing to the terms and condition's.
